Great experience all around. Lance is super professional and always answers any calls or texts in a very timely manner. He comes right on time. Does great work, works very clean, and figures out solutions to unconventional installations. You can tell he wants to please his customers. Highly recommend.

We had the good fortune of having Lance Burney and Burney Electrical Services recommended to us when I was helping my daughter coordinate the renovation of her condo. The one word I'd use to describe our experience is "EXTRAORDINARY." We found Lance to be incredible! Very importantly, he knew my daughter is a first-time homeowner and was on a tight budget, so he offered various options to help maximize that budget, and he was careful to ensure that he stayed within the stringent contractor guidelines required by the HOA. Lance will be our "go to" guy for all future electrical needs and I recommend him without hesitation!
